OHBA 2020 Scholarship Program - Now Accepting Applications
The Oregon Hispanic Bar Association (OHBA) has launched a scholarship program to support its Latinx law students, many of whom have felt the disproportionate impact that COVID has had on our Latinx community. This scholarship program typically provides two scholarships of $500 per year, but given the circumstances created by the pandemic—including law students losing jobs and paid summer internships that would normally aid in covering education expenses—OHBA is expanding the scholarship program for this year. For 2020, OHBA is awarding three $1,000 scholarships to Latinx law students to cover expenses such as tuition, fees, books, or living expenses.
